that 50k offer is only for ntb customers and not for upgrades as far as i know.. not worth to upgrade paying 15k bro hardly would u see any offers of indusind .. if they give ltf upgrade then only take else no point taking ... if u can open a pioneer acc then maybe u can try for ltf pioneer legacy(no joining fees and all also nothing) cc that would be much better ..

No it doesn't.
the 15k vouchers are garbage. If you want amazon/flipkart, you will get 10k worth vouchers.

you can bargain and get it in 5K+GST one time joining fee but no vouchers. Not Worth 6k though.

Upgrade is available at 15k fee as one time. 50k spend based offer is for NTB clients means who don't hold indusind card

The 15k offer is common. Only if you want to have zero balance account with pinnacle card then only opt for the same

What I did was I closed Legen with 60K limit with an idea of taking Pinnacle after 3 months. Tried applying 2 weeks after Legend closure so that my name will be in database so they will call me once I am eligible. To my surprise it was applied with 5L limit and 5K fees

I expected it to be rejected however it was approved however they added 15K + GST as fees I complained saying it was 5K then they reverted the 15K + GST and charged me 5K + GST but no vouchers.

5k without vouchers has a condition that it can be reversed if spent 50k in 90 days or so... but this offer is only for ntb i guess not for existing members...

In the eligibility check stage they mention the joining fees to be 5K but in the final application submission page if you check the CC T&C pdf they will change the joining fees to 15K gone thru the same experience.

On seeing the 15K joining fees I didn't proceeded further and had escalated the issue till PNO level but of no use.

Later on I raised a case with RBIO and their Grievance team called me, I said to cancel my application simply as they were unable to provide me the offer and later on applied it thru an Indusind agent who got me 50K spend based offer for no joining and renewal fees.

Can somebody enlighten the essence of holding both. The only thing I could figure out is zero forex on exclusive debit card.

yes but rarely u will get 0 forex cards.. limited cc also with 0 forex so and if ur getting it at 0mab no harm keeping it

i applied online that if 5k fees showed then mostly 50k spends will be available , but now they are saying 15k joining fees is there when it showed 5k, those jeets not even replying via twitter, mail etc .... if you or anyone have that 5k fees screenshot please share will make them feel sorry for doing this !
