Member since 2015 with starting limit of 1.2L
Initially (15-17) spent on average 50K per year.
But they did not increased limit so limited using the card with average spends upto 2K/year till 2020.
Again no limit increase offer (neither auto or request based).
Since 2020 have been doing just 1 txn of 100 every year so that dormancy is not triggered.

Used to get upgrade offer for legend (one time joining fee 10K) every few months from 2022.
In 2023 got upgrade offer twice for pionner (one time joining fee 50K).
Ignored these offers as the vouchers they offer are of no use.
