we can create a group for job referrals or help since there are many corporate people on the platform.

If you want to create such closed groups - with dependable members - then - the members must be GENUINE, REAL and have VERIFIABLE IDENTITY.

Have their true, real names as member's name. It must be a pre-requisite to start a group. I prefer dealing with those who are real. Not those hiding behind bogus n fake names.

Genuine names, genuine people, genuine email ids, genuine phone numbers.....

Then, ONLY THEN, I am willing to be a part of such group. Only then, you can discuss freely and openly without any filters or coloured glasses. No fears.

100% agreed.. may not be able to get all the details you mentioned.. but I support the idea behind having some kind of positive identity confirmation ..

I am thinking of organising some secret groups for our mutual benefit ..

Need to have a proper plan of how we create these groups for easier assimilation of our knowledge and easier maintenance..

Throw some ideas.. How do we create groups by what subject matter etc....??
