Planning a trip to Cambodia, suggestions and hacks required

Hi all, I am planning a trip of 7-8 days to Cambodia in the last week of February.

I need suggestions on how should I plan to book flights and hotels for 2 people.
Also, if anyone has visited the place suggestions as to place are also needed.

Also, is there any way I can redeem 40k plus regalia gold rp for this trip?
