If you close the old cards you are not using will your credit score go up or down?

Closing old cards will reduce your overall credit limit but on the other hand will show that you are not credit hungry

It will go down only for a month max , it will rebounce soon

Tried and got one 6-7 months back.. Gotta wait another 6-7 months for the next one.. Needed a free one urgently, but not in urgent enough to go for paid one 😀
