Tried doing this. Saw the report.

It's not reporting any of my old cards. It's reporting the amex add on i got in June 24 the the hdfc floater I got in may 24. It's not reporting my 11 years + credit history (this is as seen on my mobile browser. Will check on laptop as well).
That's weird. I don't understand why it's showing different report, it should be the same as CIBIL website. Try checking on Amazon, it shows full report. Gpay, One score also shows CIBIL score, you can't download there but you can check. The amazon and axis reports are identical to original CIBIL, these show control number which is required while raising any dispute. Amazon one doesn't even show its logo, only CIBIL logo unlike axis which shows it's logo along with CIBIL's. Irrespective of this, score and report must be same everywhere.

So its only showing my add on (from spouse issued in June24) and the Floater (mine issued in May 24)

Its not showing my 2 active cards (HDFC and Amex) since 2015/18 nor my earlier closed accounts (since 2011)

so damn wierd!

now, if i click on raise a dispute it takes me to cibils websiet - so i will use the control number to raise a dispute (cibil site is not allowing saying score on cibil site is > 2 months old so i need to refresh)

Will also check amazon.

unless its same in official website, its not valid to report.

You can directly raise concern from cibil website using contact us option, should provide necessary details like screenshots, control number etc. They'll raise dispute on your behalf, I have done. They share regular updates through email and sms.

So how does one approach say HDFC? Is there a dedicated email or their regular CC email works for such an issue ?

regular email but better check official report or some other app before wasting time, it might be axis technical glitch.

so, its kind of wasting gour time if you rely on that solely

its wasting time to believe whatever available in 3rd party (minor mistakes ok but not complete account removals like where OP experienced), its better to check other app or official report before making any dispute.

it saves time and gives more clarity otherwise unnecessary mails where info might already available and that 3rd party unable to show due to some issues.

Yes. First user needs to what caused the drop, also needs to verify with other platforms showing cibil as he claims the axis one is different. Otherwise emailing or raising dispute directly with cibil would be like taking shots in the dark.

In my case it was an unauthorized enquiry issue, first I reported the lender then to be extra cautious I raised a cibil dispute.

Yes i am going to do that thanks. Will check another source of cibil or cibil directly to see what's going on.

How different can this cibil score be from the one on cibils website? I saw my (free) score around mid July and now on axis and there is an almost 50 point difference!!!
Screenshot 2024-08-03 204014.webp This is definitely closest to the official TU CIBIL report (along with amazon) as once you sign up here, you will receive welcome email from TU CIBIL itself.

Got this email but still, there is a difference. I've contacted Cibil and they've given me an SR for the difference in Cibil scores (attached both SS from cibil website and axis website). They've said a dispute can take upto 30 days so going to wait I guess.

UPDATE - So Cibil reverted saying that matched both the scores (from axis site and cibil site) and send info to banks and got everything corrected and sent me a new report.

Now this one appears fine Except it shows my Add on card (Amex) which ive never seen or heard before.

So now the axis cibil report is same as the official one without any score drop?
