If you don't wanna spend some ₹1k per annum on CIBIL membership (Which has it's own advantages ) ,then here are a few Options to keep you updated on your Credit Profile for FREE :

In no way related to your question, but I wanted to let you know their customer support agents available through the chat portal, is probably the best way to contact CIBIL. They have a contact number but they don't pick up, their customer support forms are useless. So in case you still need acccess to your account, try this approach.

Direct link won't work for registration. You need to visit the Axis website first.

Here's the process to register:

1. Open this link (https://www.axisbank.com/retail/loans) in Chrome (Firefox didn't work for the next steps in my case).

2. Scroll to the third banner which mentions "Check your score now".

3. Clicking on the banner will take you to the CIBIL Registration link.

4. After successful registration use this link (https://myscore.cibil.com/CreditView/login.page?enterprise=AXIS) to check your CIBIL score once in a month.
