Platinum credit card upgrade

I am holding platinum credit card they are not even upgrading to free legend credit card. Legend cc are distributing as ltf how they are excepting existing customers to pay for it. Any idea what to do shall I go ahead and cancel and apply for legend

Few folks managed to get Legend LTF from Paisa bazzar.com see if you can find Legend LTF offer there. If you do, then cancel the platinum card and apply from paisabazzar.com.

I had a call with Indusind customer care 5 minutes ago, they are denying 0 joining fee upgrade to my 6 years old platinum card, They are telling me you can opt for legend and pinnacle card but with joining fee, if you want to upgrade this card. Even though, few days back, when i opened indus mobile application, but somehow unable to apply.Please help

Please guide me with the golden steps, i wasted 1 hour exactly with their customer care and feeling myself stupid. Because now, the card has no USP(as BMS offer is no more) so i want to upgrade to legend as it fulfils all my needs. They are offering me with 5k joining fee which i don't want to pay.

Just follow their escalation matrix they will keep on repeating that there is no free upgrade but some how after escalating to md level they agreed for a free upgrade but its not easy though , time consuming

@Lakshya Mahani I wrote to nodal officer and it got approved for upgrade from platinum to legend LTF without joining fees. They denied the Pinnacle upgrade though without fees. Just shoot a mail to nodal.officer@indusind.com with your concerns and request and they will do. Might need to request twice but they will allow I feel.
