I am requesting the email escalation matrix for ICICI bank i.e., Level 1, 2, Nodal officer, PNO etc.

Since their website doesn't provide these details and escalation is via form only as can be seen here: https://nli.icicibank.com/NewRetailWeb/complaint.htm

Please provide the information so I and others are benefitted.

Here are the email IDs as per my research:
  1. Level 1: customer.care@icicibank.com
  2. Level 2: headservicequality@icicibank.com
  3. Level 3: pno@icicibank.com
  4. Level 4: senior.management@icicibank.com

I'm getting "We are currently unable to process your request. Please try after some time."
This is when level1 complaint was closed without informing me lol

That is the reason I am asking for email addresses so that we can skip the trickery of their escalation forms.
