I agree with every single point you said, as I didnt even get the accor email voicher.I will say this is a terrible card for the following reasons:
1. Only the base fare can be redeemed with the earned points, which also take very long to come (60+ days).
2. I managed to redeem the 3000 flight ticket welcome voucher but the 6E prime voucher simply didn't achieve anything other than getting availed. In a tedious and ongoing conversation over email with Indigo they say no 6E prime was applied. :/
3. The Accor vouchers have a 60 day validity and given that they are just generic emails with no voucher numbers but only an instruction to print and carry them I suspect you will have issues in redeeming them. I did not try this because I do not plan travel at the drop of a hat. 60 days validity is too short.
I will be cancelling this card.
I was able to redeem the voucher on the app while booking. But now that I recall, it can only be redeemed for the cardholder and the nominee so if you use a middle name while booking that you didn't give on your card application it won't show you that option to use any of the vouchers. As long as the traveller name matches the cardholder'd or nominee's on the payment page you should see the vouchers show up.I agree with every single point you said, as I didnt even get the accor email voicher.
Its a useless card, points get credited after 60 - 90 days. And its not worth the trouble with Indigo only allowing to ise points for base fare, in which case we end up paying for the ticket atlesst 30% or more. Ill be can elli g the card as soon as i redeem the 3k welcome voucher. Btw how can i redeem that voucher?

I never received that email also... Will close my card next weekThe Accor vouchers (2) showed up in my email but they didn't have a number. Just my name, which anyone can type and print out, so I'm doubtful that Accor will accept such a thing. I'm attaching it anyway.

180 days from the date of card activation so basically yes 90 days since the voucher is issued/activated after 90+ days.Got it on the app.
Will try to use it. I have already cancelled the card, hopefully the voucher works fine. and I think the voucher expires in 90 days or something, right?
