PNB Addon Card Activation

After multiple emails and waiting for 4 weeks. I have received the PNB select Rupay addon credit card. Now i need to know, how i can activate the add on card.

Tried activating the add-on from the netbanking and pnb genie app but nothing is working. Any idea on how to activate the add-on card?.

I have enabled it via call with customer care for add on cards and then you modify from PNB Genie App
Also transactions can be modify via IVR, just enter your add on card number when asked by IVR

Check SOC, charge is there mostly, mine is waived off as its Secured Card

I am not able to turn on "ECOM transaction" for Add on, when i try to do it on app or website. It Says "Only Primary Card can avail this service".

Just now i was able to activate it through IVR, We need to call IVR from add on registered phone number. For activation or deactivation of transaction preference settings in add on.

Send a mail to them with the add on card form filled and signed in PDF format, add on card form you'll find on a google search

1. All addon card number will be different from primary?

2. Do they do any verification for addon holders like mobile otp or call verification?

3. What documents are needed?

Maximum you can apply for 2 add ons, yes the numbers will be different.
Documents required:
1 .Add-on card form filled and signed
2. PAN and Aadhar of the add-on applicant
