They do not entertain C2C. If you have account with PNB and want a new card then simply apply online and you'll get the Card. If you already have a PNB card and want an upgrade then send them an email with income proof at creditcardpnb@pnb.co.in. Upgrade can also be applied on their App 'PNB Genie' but you still need to send income proof with the Service Request number.

You can try the online procedure. For cards like Select and Millinnia, 5L annual income is required.
