I have created a ticket in RBI Ombudsman as a last resortGuys this PNB sucks in every way they operate, they keep asking for details in mail even though the same mail have all the information related to my credit card payment. This customer support team don't even know how to view mail thread.

Yes. I am also facing the same problem. Paid Rs.28,800/- through MOBIKWIK on 28.04.2023 but still the amount is not reflecting in PNB card account. Both customer supports are telling to contact the other end and closed my complaint. So finally I raised the issue to banking Ombudsman on 17.05.2023. Let's see what will happen.Yes. Paytm refunded the amount for me with in a week. Mobikwik has not agreed the payment failure and continuously telling to contact the bank to get the confirmation of credit. I tried with cred but amount got refunded on next day. Payzapp payment only got successfully credited to PNB credit card account.One more feather to PNB failed payment,
Earlier it was Mobikwik, Cred and now it's Paytm too.. What a crap system in PNB.

I think Payzapp is good for PNB card payment. Last week I made more than 10 small payments towards PNB card all are reflected in the CC account on next day and shown the transaction date as value date.Thanks for sharing this info. I was about to use a third party app to pay my PNB CC bill but after going through this thread, I simply paid using netbanking instead.

In case one made the payment using another CC using Payzapp trick, who does one need to reach out to get the amount back? 😅I think Payzapp is good for PNB card payment. Last week I made more than 10 small payments towards PNB card all are reflected in the CC account on next day and shown the transaction date as value date.
Moreover we can get the refund from Payzapp without any hassle if the transaction had failed.
Pls forget Mobikwik for PNB payment.I used mobikwik second time for pnb card payment
Earlier after bill amount process successful it got settled within an hour but this time 6 hrs are over after mobikwik successful processed my payment it is not showing in app or UPI till now
Anyone also faced same issue if yes then how did you resolved it
After making the RBI complaint now Mobikwik is changed the transaction was failed and issued the refund.Pls forget Mobikwik for PNB payment.
I tried on 28.04.2023 but the transaction got failed and the payment was refunded on next day. Till now I didn't face any issues with Payzapp, so I think it is a best app for paying the CC bill through DC.Payed my PNB bill through Cred in 2 transactions. Both got credited after 2 workingdays. Got the confirmation from the bank and could see the payments listed on the PNB app.

After getting the refund (₹.28,800) I will uninstall the app and never install it again at any cost.
May be Mobikwik won't act fast for RBI complaint. Earlier I made some complaints against SBI, PNB and Indian Bank. For my complaints I got the resolution with in three days.It's not the effect of RBI, the usual timeline for failed transaction is more than 30 days, mine was 34 days to make it failed. Don't we have to get penalty amount from bank for delayed refund? Did you quote that in RBI complaint?
