Hello All, anu suggestion to what can be done if I am getting Risk threshold exceeded error?

how much did you spend uptill now and what is your credit limit?

Just received the approved credit card message today only, was offered 2,50,000 limit but in real the card has only 50k limit. This was just the first transaction for 5 rs. Got declined.

Okay will see tomorrow and I am unable to change the transactions limit. Always gives technical error. Any idea what needs to be done?

I have the transactions disabled completely and UPI still works. Maybe they are just having technical issues right now.

Go to Manage Card, and then Card Pin Generation.

Yeah figured out but now getting an error of account being dormant on upi, customer care also said try after 24 hours
