Possible to Return a Phone on Amazon because I don't like it?

Is there any way to return a phone bought from Amazon just because I don't like it? I tried requesting customer care, but they are not willing to initiate the return.

If there's any technical fault with the device.

I got headphones replaced. In past.

But nowadays instead of replacement it's mentioned as "service centre replacement" so check that.

Check the return policy. You may say product is damaged 🫣 scratches present and return without replacement.

But please don't do such things more often. Why? Just because account gets flagged and the area might get blacklisted.

Was it an open box delivery? If no then place a return request citing scratches on device or something else damage.
If it says replacement only then ask the IN APP chat agent for initiating return with refund.

It was not an open box delivery. There is no option to request a replacement. The only available option is to request a callback from a technician.

If nothing else works, will have to do that. It's a decent device, jus that the speakers are not that loud.

It is service centre replacement so any problem service centr will giv u new phone. So no chance. U can't return dat until u dont hv service centre near ur location. In dat case amazon will replace n for refund u hav to return d replaced unit

Due to a lot of exploits, Amazon has stopped taking in returns of phones until and unless they were damaged/non-working at the time of delivery.

But seems like your excuse might not fit the bucket, you can try visiting Cashify or a local mobile phone store and sell it at a slightly reduced price.

If its seal packed any mobile shop will buy from u 3000-4000 cheaper.

Now's its service center replacement only. Called them, even escalated to lead and manager. They're saying the system doesn't have the option to initiate a return.
