Possible to Return a Phone on Amazon because I don't like it?

Thats why WE NEED BETTER "Consumer laws" varna UPBHOKTA bhokta reh jayega and No one will careThis is possible in foreign COUNTRIES.

30 day No questions asked return policy
We had the no questions asked return policy, some upbhoktas f*cked it up by buying a new phone every month and returning it at the end of the month.
I know some people who did this for 3 years, switched 36 phones and paid zero at the end of the day.

Some upbhoktas got their phones, replaced them with soaps and filed for fraud returns.

Some more upbhoktas went a step ahead, scammed these companies out of 20+ crores by return fraud and are still being sued.

As a country, we also need to understand that when these companies are new, they treat us the same way they do other folks in other developed countries, our actions decide on how much we exploit then and eventually they have to come up with laws to fix the loopholes and get stricter.

this country's population does not help. THANOS WAS RIGHT
Half of it should be wiped. Even a small proportion of bad fish abusing the system means even genuine people get harassed. You have to be a scamster to be happy in this country.
Here by default You are a liar and scammer
in other countries,by default you are the innocent guy

I can give a real life example when walking on the streets of Sydney after partying all night with my drunk German friends who were carrying alchohol bottles back yto their place, the police stopped us and said "Excuse me Sir, you cant drink here"

Police addresses you as Sir and ASSUME you are doing something that you are not aware of and is illegal. By default you are presumed innocent
Here BY DEFAULT You rae a scammer, liar and cheat
We WILL NEVER HAVE GOOD THINGS

Is there any way to return a phone bought from Amazon just because I don't like it? I tried requesting customer care, but they are not willing to initiate the return.
It's not seller's fault that buyer didn't liked the product...
You should have done some research first hand before finalising it..
But if you want to return then you can tell that you got soap bar in the box instead of phone... Less than 0.1% chances of it being returned but what's the harm

After marriage, replacement/return is not allowed so same logic is for mobile phone

Thoroughly check the reviews on multiple forums before any purchase

Indians are habitual and chronic misusers of return policy...my idiot friend buy clothes from myntra, wear it in party and return...now she is blocked on myntra

If i dont like speaker then it is not a fault of amazon.

It is possible to return a phone on Amazon if you are unsatisfied with it, but the return is subject to Amazon's return policy. In general, you have 30 days to return most products as long as they are in new condition and in their original packaging. For more information, please refer to the specific seller policies.

They've changed their policy. Now, even if the device has defects, we're required to visit service centers to get it rectified.
