Get a core card first & then after 2-3 months get any cobranded you want

I Had Moneyback as my first cc with limit of 25k. in 2018

exactly. That is a core card. You got the other card afterwards.

If possible then wait for better pre approved credit card like Millennia or higher variant, till then you can procure secured credit card on FD basis to build the Cibil/credit score.
