Pre-approved Wealth Credit Card

I have received pre-approved offer from IDFC bank for First Wealth card with 7.95 lakh limit. I filled the details and submitted the application and to my surprise, my application got declined and the reason was due to internal policies we are unable to offer you credit card. What should I do now? @TechnoFino Please help me .

This mostly happens when at the time of Pre approval cibil score is more and when we take card they again check there will be a slight drop in cibil
Pls check score and if all fine write mail to their cc with all screenshots

I have raised to head.customerservice@idfcfirstbank.com and all other IDFC bank mails and they said they can't offer card. They have also closed the reference number and asking me to reapply the card. I don't understand how can they decline a pre-approved credit card when they have sent mails, WhatsApp message,normal msg. Scam played by IDFC check income eligibility they generally block in that case

Try Reg re applying for wealth and if it shows for ur pan then take it.
Create a video of applying and share to the online if u r not getting wealth card as shown in their offer

IDFC IS hopelesss...apply normally using different mobile number...take whatever u get

Escalate your issue to principle nodal officer of IDFC bank PNO@idfcfirstbank.com. If no action is taken within next few weeks then escalate the matter to RBI Ombudsman.

Not sure what is IDFC criteria for wealth card. Even after giving a C2C application on 6 years old icici card with 24 lakhs limit , they are offering me a select card with limit 2 lakhs 😀

Congo! I am hearing for 1st time that an RM was actually helpful in fighting & getting offer. You must be having good NRV/FDs with the branch?

Try selecting Sapphiro or better would be Emeralde as from cibil they can get to know only card limit and not card variant. Please let me know if you get option for wealth now. There will be another cibil hit

They don't ask as they can check the credit limit from cibil
