Premium Rupay Card

Which are the premium rupay cards available for beginners or on card to card basis
I only have axis bank flipkart cc and have been using it for more than 8 months now so can I get a rupay select card on card to card basis.

You can get BOB on C2C basis but you can get any of Visa or Rupay depending on your luck.

You can try for PNB Select. They don't have a strict eligibility criteria though the process one has to go through to get it is terrible. Same is the case for Rupay Select cards for all public sector banks. Not sure of C2C.

Else go for HDFC
