You can open a salary account (>3L) with Kotak to get Reserve LTF.
The hack is you put 3L NEFT every month to maintain salary account status.

2- tata nei infinity/ plus - ltf are based on luck and negotiation
Tata app stopped giving ltf so its sole discretion of Hdfc now
