Priority pass charged in domestic lounge

I used my priority Pass from Standard Chartered is easemytrip card in domestic lounge.

I was charged 2700 rs on using SC PP in domestic lounge. Any idea how to reverse the charges. This charge is reflecting after two month in my credit card account statement.
I used it at Varanasi airport. Others card were not accepted. The lounge appeared to be a private lounge.

Domestic lounge access: 1 complimentary visit per calendar quarter. Domestic lounge access is applicable on Standard Chartered EaseMyTrip Credit Card only and any domestic lounge access using Priority Pass will be chargeable as per applicable charges.

why did you use it in domestic lounge when it gives access to international lounges

Most of the PPs that come with Indian credit cards charge you if you use them at Indian lounges (few exceptions).

Other than Infinia and Magnus, PP are chargeable on domestic. Mention bhi kiya hoga uspe.

Unfortunately it's not possible to get reversal. You are perhaps new to lounge access so unknowingly swiped pp in India. PP is meant for international lounge only (few exceptions are there like infinia, magnus etc). Worst is, Varanasi lounge is not even worth visiting.

I used PP from HDFC twice- one at Mumbai Airport and another at Kochi Airport (Just for sandwich, juice & wifi). After 2 months they charged me ($27 + GST)*2. I requested for reversal as well but no luck.

Charges posted cannot be reversed. Mostly Domestic lounges are accepted using Credit cards & International lounges using DF, PP, Loungekey, Dragon Pass.

Sbi doesn't give pp card

Your card is your pp in sbi

Activate - login to pp app
Activate by giving card number & not membership number


For domestic there is fees - exception infinia
For international check bank issuer card t/c
