Priority Pass Confusion

VIP Lounge
Hello All,

I have recently got Priority Pass with unlimited access to lounge access.

In general I wanted to understand few things:

1. Does priority pass required even on Indian airports if you travel abroad? I understand in foreign country airports pass would be mandatory but in Indian airports as well it is required? Cant we use regular cards where we have lounge access?

2. what are other such programs like Priority Pass, dreamfolk and loungekey and which one is better?

if my question is redundant would be great if sm1 can share pasr post link.

1. For lounges at international departures, you'll be able to or have to use PP. For example in BLR, there's 080 domestic and there's 080 international lounge for departure, both...
1) only few priority passes with credit card are actually free on domestic usage.Pp with Infinia is free for sure, some folks have mentioned pp with magnus also seems to be free but there is no official confirmation.
You might need to contact the the issuer of your priority pass .
Yes, Regular cards can be used as well but normally either they 1) have limited quota per month/quarter/year or 2) have access to less no. Eligible lounges especially t2-t3 cities

2) that depends on tieup of banks. There is no difference once you enter the lounge.

2. PP has the largest network, followed of Loungekey. Nothing is better. They give almost similar access. If you really want to experience great lounges, either you need to travel first class / business class or being elite tier member of the respective frequent flyer programs. With cards still the AMEX Centurion Lounges are the best in overall manner. Few of them have Centurion holders specific areas such as at JFK
