Priority Pass Requirement for Diner Club Privilege Card

Hi,
I have recently upgraded from Clubmiles to Privilege Card. I want to access International Lounge in Singapore. Now, the question is will I need Priority Pass Membership or just my Diners Card is sufficient. if Yes, how to apply for it (phone banking gave me 3 different answers on each times i tried)
Also, is there any quarterly cap for free access? (Website shows 12 per calendar year. Will I be able to use all in a single month?)

no need for priority pass....diners club is accepted at international lounges...for visa and mastercard priority passes are needed...

I also have dcp card but on diner app it shows only Indian lounges not international i have added to diners card one is millenia which has 2 other is privilege which has 12 so showing total 14 but only indian what should i do even when searching it shows only indian lounges not international
