Priority salary account with already privilege and select card

I have priority salary account with axis but before the salary account I hold privilege and select card (paid )

I heard with priority account we can get select card ltf ?

Let me know what is the best approach to save membership fee and get ltf card

Just mail axis Bank once your account is opened and they convert the card to ltf , got it done at my end in this manner

How to request them to convert the paid card to ltf?

I approached my rm but he is denying he claims I don't know about this.
