Problem in Federal Bank Credit Card Application

Dear friends, while applying for federal bank credit card, I am facing issue at step of submitting bank statement ( both methods ie through netbanking and uploading of statement), I am getting error code 500,what is the possible solution, kindly suggest, thanks. I have tried all possible browsers as well( chrome, forefox, etc).

But why federal credit card as there many good non-federal bank credit cards in the market right
 
So, finally received federal imperio card, I actually needed basic card from federal bank from bank offers, it was toughest card for me to get(4 times rejection) . I did couple of things, opened an account with them, secondly I had no enquiries in last 4 mths and 2 in last 6 months, so those trying to apply for it should try to keep ur enquiry count to minimum, also they r fetching experian now, my experian score was 807.

I applied online on federal bank's website and celesta card was approved within the next 6 hours. I was not asked to upload salary details or ITR. Just vkyc was done.
 
My take on this.

I am told that a successful online application process ends in a 15 digit reference number getting generated n displayed and indicating that they will take 7 working days to process it.

Good to see Federal giving a clear 7 working day TAT. Unlike HDFC - where literally no one knows anything about the application for weeks/months together or about definite TATs.

But, the point of interest for me is this :

When they do not have an online link to check the application status, why generate a looooooong 15 digit number ? Why can't a simple one like a ddmmxxxx (date, month, serial running number for that day). In a day, there cound be no more than 9,999 new applications (per day) - practically speaking. They can increase it to ddmmxxxxx upto 99,999 per day.

This way, it would be easier for the applicants as well as their customer care team members (only they can tell you your application status - remember there is no online verification link).

Anyone tried to know the status of the application thru contacting their customer care team ?

Why do we - the Applicants - need to know their internal processing number - either a string of 15 only-digits (like Federal) or case sensitive alpha numeric string (like HDFC) ?

Our application process start with Mobile Phone (linked to PAN) validation, PAN n Aadhaar verification, submission of ITR/SalarySlips/Bank Statements.... thru exchange of OTPs multiple times.

So, why not track our application status by just giving our mobile number and PAN ? After all, these are the two key fields in the processing.

Time to streamline such avoidable, unwanted n useless data dumped on us.

How many Days For Approval And Any Call Or Home Verification
 

Now how to explain this to their CC that it is an issue with their system and not internal criteria blah blah which they keep on repeatedly replying
