Problem in Federal Bank Credit Card Application

Dear friends, while applying for federal bank credit card, I am facing issue at step of submitting bank statement ( both methods ie through netbanking and uploading of statement), I am getting error code 500,what is the possible solution, kindly suggest, thanks. I have tried all possible browsers as well( chrome, forefox, etc).

I applied for federal Bank card today. It was approved instantly. They fetched credit score from Experian.

I am not able to see card in fed mobile app as I have Ind money saving account. It is asking for debit or NetBanking or bank code details to enable transactions on app. Will visit branch later to enable that functionality.

if preapproved nothing other than usual things will be asked. might even able to select which cc you want.

I just applied. Put self employed with 12lakh and instantly rejected. Such a worst bank.

Yes, agar account v hoga toh v itr or salary slip maangega kyuki maine v recently apply kiya toh mujhse itr or 3mnth bank statement maanga jabki mere pass 3saal purana account v hai or card kuch ghanto mein approved ho gya...or koi vkyc nhi hua or na verification kisi v tarah ka
