Problem with checking Experian credit score

Could someone help me with this problem. I am unable to check my wife’s Experian credit score. After I fill in all the personal information, it gets stuck in this page and I don’t see any other option further. @TechnoFino @Subhankar @ashwink

Use OnScore App For Experian & CIBIL Together...

Haven’t even installed one card app or applied. Got the below sms from onecard

1. Limit shows Rs.135000/-, Is it pre approved & LTF?
2. Should I apply for it?
3. Will there be a hard enquiry in CIBIL?

As you all said I went ahead and applied for onecard, got it approved without any hassle. Waiting for the card to be delivered. As @akshayhs said there was no hard enquiry in CIBIL.

Now the banking partner is BOB and I don’t have any existing credit card with BOB, can I now apply for a BOB card separately?

Yeah you can apply bob card separately this card is not applicable on bob cards offers only one card offers applicable.
