It took almost 50 days... While applying they asked if I had other cards after entering details (used SBI elite with 3 lakhs limit) it gave me limit and card types I can choose from.
i have bob bank account, i got pre approved call from bank. they called me to come bank and submit application with my details, i did everything what they said. But still didnt get my card. its almost one month and still its showing online under process.
please help to get card and not to decline.

I suspect he is the one issuing BoB cards, that's why he got himself one early. He is not just pero but also bero 😒
If you want to apply for other card, apply offline via bob branch/agent

@TechnoFino application no. 220513900000979 - applied as self-employed and uploaded HDFC credit card statement instead of ITR (only ITR option was there in the income proof docs). HDFC limit is more than 5.7 lakh.
Unable to complete the video kyc as at the last moment, it fails and no reason is provided. It either asks to retry to reschedule. What to do?
Update - After multiple tries, video KYC done successfully. Now waiting for card approval message hopefully.
Update 2 - BoB emailed asking for front side photo of my existing HDFC credit card.
Update 3 (26th May) - An executive to take photo of my residence with me together.
Unable to complete the video kyc as at the last moment, it fails and no reason is provided. It either asks to retry to reschedule. What to do?

Everything was done from vkyc to in person verification. Applied with Hdfc InterMiles credit card with limit of 169000 and bank statement. Application is rejected. Also mailed bob but no reply from them. @TechnoFino please help in this. If they want anything more i I'll try to provide.

I don't have any other card my aixs card first statement is not generated yet. Apart from cc i have also sent them bank statement.
They are not replying 😔

Got the card delivered. They downgraded it to Select with 78k limit.
Why would they downgrade it? 🤔
