Can someone help me with the exact process that needs to be followed in order to get 2nd HDFC credit card?
I hold imperia saving account with HDFC and My RM is ok to provide the 2nd credit card but he is not aware of the process. when I checked with customer care they asked me to apply through the branch by filling out the new application form. I am a bit skeptical about this as I don't see any RM involvement in this process and the Chennai office might reject it right away.
