PSU Salary Account for RuPay Select Debit Card

Suggestion needed for Salary account:

I want to switch PSU for salary account. Main motto is RSDC.
Two options in my company:
Bob: Visa Sapphire and RSDC LTF cards. No Eterna CC for free. Only Premier CC is LTF.
Any benefits of having Visa Sapphire and Premier LTF from them.

PNB: RSDC and RS Millennial Credit card LTF.
In this website mentioned, RSDC refresh quarterly. But I would need clarification.
Does RuPay Select Millennial Credit has all these benefits like RSDC?

SBI also there. No use. They refresh yearly. Credit card also not free. Only joining fee is NIL.
