Query regarding eligibility for Emeralde Private Metal card

Both my parents have seperate wealth management accounts with ICICI and my mom has Demat holdings with the bank of upto 10-15 lakhs. My dad can also shift his salary account to ICICI with a net salary of 3-3.5lpm post tax. So is it possible to get Emeralde Private Metal cc in such a scenario where the total TRV with the bank is split into two different accounts? Is this TRV even enough to be eligible for the EPM credit card?
