Raising Dispute For Unathorised Transaction

A few days ago, I noticed two priority pass transactions on my SBI credit card. I have not used priority pass anywhere recently. On the same daty, the money has been debited twice and one of the transactions have been reversed. I wrote an email to SBI Cards right after it. I recevied the callback yesterday and the guy on the call told he can't raise a dispute for these transactions. He asked to do it by myself through the app/website or by filling and sending the form.

I am trying to raise the dispute through the SBI Cards website, but when I try to submit, I see the message saying 'Transaction not eligible for dispute.' (Screenshot attached)

Does anyonw know when a transaction is not eligible for dispute? These transactions already appear in 'settled' list as opposed to 'in-process' list.

What should I do next?

Try to call customer care again, this time someone else could help you in assisting.

Firstly block the cc and raise fraudulent transactions and submit the chargeback/ dispute form they gave to you

Write to PNO right away, keep track of your complaint vs transaction time if its within the time then its their liability and if still no resolution within 30 days raise to RBI they shall oblige and help you here

Forgot to tell, firstly take a copy of unbilled statement (fraud ones) and the last 3-4 months statement

If it's blocked, SBI cards won't allow you to download

And sometimes these customer service people ask the last 5 transactions amount or paid amounts etc to validate, better take these first and keep it handy
