I asked the compensation in RBIO compliant now I am writing idfc bank replay with NOC should I demand it from him or RBIO is enough????

Hi everyone, need help. I applied for sbi simply save cc in 2019 and closed it in few months as the card wasn't that much beneficial for me. It's been 5 years that card was showing active in my cibil. I email sbi pno few days back and now they have marked that card as closed in my cibil. They are saying no compensation for this cibil issue. Can i raise a ticket to RBI for the compensation from SBI ?

Indusind is not changing my address for credit card, has been around 2 months and 20 emails. Is this a valid reason to complain? Can someone share a thread on how to start with rbio complaints?

Please follow this link for IndusInd Bank escalation. To escalate to the RBI, you must first complete the full escalation procedure with the bank and demonstrate that you have not received a response.
