RBI releases discussion paper on charges in UPI for public feedback

The media and other financial org run the news based on white paper, which they mentioned there will be a charges on UPI in future or thinking to how to do it.
so technically that's not fake news.

The media and all are themselves not clear about the charges. RBI had just a proposal, and every media and all stormed the Social Media and their publications that there will be charges. So, for now, we will mark it as Fake News
