Rbl bank miselling and misbehaviour

I was a signature customer of RBL Delhi. Everything was great. Recently RBL opened Branch in my City.
In haryana

I visited branch to shift my account. BM insisted to open family accounts.i told him I won't be able to maintain family accounts he said he'll open them in signature banking as i am signature customer. I said ok and gave 5 lakhs initial funding 4 cheque for 4 accounts.

Branch is extremely slow and takes 3 to 4 weeks to open accounts after deduction IP cheque.

Later branch started making excuses that we don't have have signature segment here so it's taking time. My IP for another joint account of 10 lakhs was held in dummy ACC of rbl for 25 days and later refunded after escalating to pno as branch couldn't process that joint account.

BM said he will raise in signature banking all family accounts . I applied for 7 signature + debit cards on request of branch manager.

He was constantly spamming me via calls to take ulips or any health insurance , shop or home insurance or accidental insurance

I clearly denied.

Than branch manager made excuses that year closing bla bla . I also made a fd of 10 lakhs in year closing om request of branch. In april he started asking me to keep 15 lakhs and talking rudly.

I said signature criteria is 2 lakhs in savings or 5 lakhs in current or 15 lakhs trv

But he didn't budge and kept asking to buy ulip

I complaint again to pno than again he said if bring avrage balance to 50k in all accounts he'll raise in signature. I said ok. But after a week he again said that either maintain 2 lakhs per account.

I have 7 account in rbl. Means 14 lakhs in savings account or do fd of 15 lakhs.

From April bank started charging non maintenance charges of 1180 per month.

I complained again to pno and ceo desk. They resvered 3000 charges excluding 540 rs gst. And upgraded 2 account to signature.

7000rs charges still remaining
And 2 account still not upgraded.

Even CEO desk is saying that i need to maintain 15 lakhs TRV or 2 lakhs per account for signature banking.


Whereas there is nothing in RBL website or terms and conditions.

It is similar to hdfc preferred or idfc select

If 1 customer is signature banking customer than his family members can be upgraded on request without any additional criteria.

Also signature criteria of 2 lakhs savings or 5 lakhs current or 15 trv can be maintained at group level

But both CEO desk and branch manager is declining.

Pno is not responding to emails.

Area head and cluster head is not picking calls.

Branch manager also talked to me inappropriately in front of whole branch . But pno and Ceo closed my complaint without any resolution.

He also asked whole branch not to pick my calls and block my contact number.

Also BM asked branch employees not to provide any service to me or my family. Even my change home branch request and 2 account opening forms were returned after 1 month.

I have even emailed them to their official email id but they're not replying

In 10 months of branch opening 16 people joined and left that branch because of branch manager.


Branch manager and branch operations manager is having a affair although branch manager is married. I have this from trusted sources

Also both of them are never in branch between 12pm and 3 pm

Usually there is only security guard and server boy who serves water , tea.
Neither any manager , rm or teller is available.

There are total 5 employees in branch out of which 3 have formed a gang.

Branch manager , operation manager and 1 RM.

I have listened to their call recording of talking about of changing bank in 2 or 3 quaters after getting a promotion.


I have attached below proof of signature criteria.

It stays that each family members doesn't have to maintain criteria at individual level.
And also says that can Maintain at group level.

What can i do as even CEO desk isn't co-operating??

Should i file single complaint to RBI ombudsman regarding misbehaviour , mental harassment, Mental agony, denying services , miselling??

Or should i file different complaint for each issue???

Should i also file a complaint in consumer court or police station??


Recieved final reply from RBL bank. I don't understand if they're blind or what

They totally ignoring 5 lakhs in current account criteria.
And saying 2 lakhs need to maintained at individual account level. If 1 signature customer have 2 account he have to maintain 4 lakhs , 2 for each account. Or 15 lakhs trv.

If I was at your place
I would have moved every single penny from that bank


What I didn't get is
Op is maintaining such a huge money in that bank branch

I am being honest
In my city even if u go to any public private ya sfb with even only 1 lakh bm will personally handle u with tea /biscuits
And u can also call bank people home for BANKING needs


I would suggest to remove all the money from the account
And a bitter truth is even if u go to higher levels
Nothing is gonna change
I know bro. I have HNI accounts with 20+ banks. Never faced such issued.

Only faced similar issues with yes bank once and now this specific branch of RBL bank. Already escalated to CEO desk. Someone shared photos of communication between branch and ceo desk.

BM did not reply even once. Today complaint was due for closure so finally instead of email Jyoti tawde from senior management called BM. And they closed complaint.

There was area head, cluster head and regional head in those emails. None of them made any comments.

All are corrupted bottom to top.

If you have been opening HNI accounts with 2 lakh balance, then i think you are part of problem

Raise 2 complaints

1. 1 to RBI ombudsman and ask for compensation.

2. To branch managers wife about the affair 😂

1st mistake: Opening a premium AC in RBL 🤣
2nd mistake: not escalating this to RBI BO
They will easily resolve your issue and u can get your charges back
You have several other good premium accounts in various banks which offer far better service than RBL

@Bhagat Singh But inta sab kyu karna 😜 violence karn se jada kuch hoga nahi may be aur baat aage badh jaye... aur main problem bhi solve na ho aur time bhi jada lag jaye...

If nahi badla lena ya sabak sikhane ka hi man hai toh Go and record them properly, let them threat you inappropriately and let them say they are not going to serve you, poke them wordly as much as you can so that the bank staff including BM/RM/OM will show their true face and how they misuse power and deprived
customers to take true benefits of the services...


Once you have substantial proof so that you can legally put 🪓 you know where...firh ek dhamki ka deri hai proof hai, bas hajuri karne lagega pura branch😜

Bhai kthm kr dena system ko. Already filed a RBI complaint against RBL head office Mumbai as branch was not showing in RBI ombudsman website. Tomorrow i have appointment with a lawyer regarding same.

Agr koi kuch nhi krega toh fir merko hi krna padega
Bhai me jo suggetion diya wo kar lijye pehle, uske baad legal notice bhejna chaho toh ek lawyer ke pass ja hi rahe hain🤭 uske baad tamasha dekhna 🤣
