I'm also having the same issues once I tried to use the Virtual Card in RBL App.... However after changing the PIN via App then it will immediately started working for Online Transactions.

thanks bro, one more doubts, i have no rbl branch in my city i want to open account online bh vkyc how can i get this card online?
In their lowest 5k maintenance account they are providing only classic debit card.

You can open online account but that account you will get card associated with that account and not signature+ card. So you need to apply for signature+ card after opening your account online. So you are paying fee for default card which come with account unless you open an account which gives free card.

yesterday i have opened 5k maintenance account and upgraded the card to signature plus.

I have not activated/or not done any transaction on my Visa Classic card, did they charge fee of both the cards?
during upgrade i have paid the signature plus card issuance charge 5900.

I applied this card by opening new account with rbl. Process at branch was smooth and staff welcoming. They told it will take 2 days to open account and 1 week to get cards at home.
