Anyone here have Two EDC or One Edc and one SPDC with same customer ID?

I have two RBL accounts with same customer id, but they are not allowing me to get second EDC or SPDC for the new account.

I have two RBL DCs with Same Customer ID. Last Year June m liye thhe.

Current scenario ka nhi pta😂

Earlier also such error happened with @pprakash11 and a few others

Just Mail them, they will credit the Remaining Value.

Btw, Last year I closed SPDC after doing 1 Lakh for 5 months and Upgraded to EDC.

Today 5K Milestone Received for Closed SPDC Too

SPDC issued in Dec'22

I have completed the first anniversary and 5 months 1L after 1 year now. I have already received 5k for the first-year vouchers
I am thinking of closing/upgrading the card to EDC.
Is it working now (Annual RP for closed card).

Assuming I will get 7.5k+ 1k(25k spends) vouchers - And it can be 3.75k Amazon + rest as flipkart
