RBL bookmyshow Play credit card rejected

This is a probable scenario for rejection. Wait for others to confirm.
Mine also got rejected. Everytime I opened BMS they insisted me to apply and being Superstar, they will not charge joining fee. I went ahead and applied
They rejected the very second I submitted my req. I didn't make it till KYC stage even.

Rbl is having attitude of different world... Not having any exciting card still showing so much attitude.. Atleast people are applying for card.... Mine zomato card rejected for no reason

RBL doesn't allow two cards right? Only Bajaj Finserv RBL card users got Zomato RBL as second card.
Just today i called rbl customer care. They said they allow 2 cards for a single customer.

I got this invite in BmS however my Pincode is not serviceable at the moment. They say only need to make 10 transactions of Rs100+ in a year to get annual fee waiver which I will definitely achieve with BmS tickets. Just want to see if anybody who have RBL Supercard and RBL Zomato have received this card

Same thing happened with me. I'm a BMS Superstar user, got the offer in app, tried to apply it but it shows bank's internal criteria did not meet. It could be due to the fact that I am already holding LTF RBL Bank Platinum Delight Credit Card tried and RBL does not allow 2 credit cards. I tried to follow up with CC over phone and email to enquire how I can get BMS play card and whether I can upgrade/cancel my existing one but got typical response.

Is this policy different for different people because some people are holding 2 cards. I am confused.

You have make minimum 10 booking on Bookmyshow for keep super star membership. Annual fee will be waived for those have superstar membership. It is easy to it one ticket per month thats all.

I think those are mostly co-branded cards like Bajaj fin serv or Paisabazaar card etc.

I already have Zomato card since Jan, and their agent tried to sell me shoprite this week, infact insisted on it as it was pre-approved.

Yes, they asked me the same. But I said if card was LTF, then we can proceed or else no. They disconnected the call 😂😜

I also got this internal criteria did not meet error now how can I apply using a different person PAN. Now when I click on Apply now it is directly going to Internal Criteria did not meet page

No idea for me it showed I was rejected coz of Internal Bank Criteria
