so in february i have done some 4910 multiple txn online merchant name PHONEPE PVT LTD, mcc 5817, and after bill generation i noticed i only got 1x reward point instead 5x rp. (rbl cookie gives 1x/100 offline and 5x/100 for online)...for a myntra 9000rs txn i got the 5x for that particular txn only.
i first talked to normal customer care and they had no clue so i emailed to principal nodel officer on 22th and on 7th march i received reply that i did not get 5x because txns were done offline which is wrong. i have otp msgs which clearly says online txn. i then emailed to highter authority attaching those screenshots no reply got yet.
so after 30 days can i file complaint to RBI ombudsman with the screenshots?
