Received a reply email from them, they reversed their decision and restored my CL from 3k to 301k.🙂😉

Same thing happened with me with standard chartered platinum rewards credit card.

I have standard chartered platinum rewards credit card, which I applied almost 7-8 months back. I did did one transaction within 30 days to activate the card and I haven't used this card for past 6 months.

Now they have reduced my credit limit from 424k to 10k, because of non usage. Can I take any action against Bank

Wrote mail, got callback. I fired them saying how can you reduce my CL without my consent? I have not defaulted on any payment. She said it is due to internal bank policy. I asked her to reply to my mail saying so and I will complaint to RBI. Immediately she said we are willing to provide you the same credit limit as before and it will be done in 2 days.
