RBL Indian Oil XTRA Card's haphazard Reward Points

Hi, Guys
Could you please assist in resolving this 'Otp generation failed' issue on RBL rewards portal.
I was unable to redeem the points for xtrarewards on my RBL IOCL Xtra credit card.
Please assist in redeeming the points for xtrarewards.

Hey bro, did u logged in iocl xtra rewards portal and (updated/verified) email and mob once. Sometimes it will show as unverified.

Except that, I don't have any solution on this bcs never faced.

Btw, aaj ek friend ka delivered hua hai to will confirm next month.

Already registered with the RBL rewards portal and also verified the mail id. Everything is perfectly done. But, this otp generation issue made it a hassle to redeem the points.
