RBL Bank launched its two Indian Oil Co-Branded Credit Cards

IndianOil RBL Bank XTRA Credit Card​

Welcome Benefits-

Just shop for INR 1,500 in one transaction within first 30 days of getting your card.
i.e. 100% value back to get your joining fees back.

Rewards-

• Get accelerated 15 fuel points on every INR 100 spent at IndianOil fuel stations (Maximum 2,000 fuel points per month) (7.5% for fuel spends upto INR 13300 monthly)
• Get 2 fuel points on INR 100 spent on every other purchases like shopping and more (1%)

Quaterly Milestone-
Get 1000 Fuel Points on Quarterly Spends of INR 75,000 (0.67% extra)

1 Fuel Point = INR 0.5
for buying Xtra Rewards points redeemable at IndianOil Fuel Stations.

Fuel Surcharge Waiver-
Fuel purchase for an amount between INR 500 and INR 4,000 (inclusive of both the amounts and excluding the surcharge amount). Upto 200 per month.

Membership Fees- 1500+GST
Spend waiver on spending 2.75 Lakhs annually. On spending 1.75 Lakhs annually you can get INR 500 membership fees waiver.

You ask them, they will get it. Also the display will show Indian oil logo with multiple options like Xtra rewards, reward redemption

I checked the machine today and they don’t have any other machine apart from IOCL ones and the same is used to redeem xtra rewards as well

Also. I swiped ₹600 x 3 at three different Retail Outlets on 2nd November (02 with PayTm POS & 1 with IOCL Fiserv POS)
Those with paytm pos txns are settled and 0 reward points credited.

While IOCL pos one is still pending

I transacted at Fiserv POS Last month and got 2% reward instead of 15% i.e no bonus reward. I got full fuel surcharge waiver though. Today I saw 3000 points joining Rewards credited, 2 days back I paid my 1st Bill. Don’t know how to escalate as CC just says to wait for another month.

All transactions settled.
Base Reward Points 2 RP/ ₹100 showing in app.
Total 36 Reward Points.
Now, the wait starts to check when bonus points and surcharge waiver gets credited 😆

This has never been a problem with my SBI Octane. No delay whatsoever.

Please be patient, everything will get credited slowly. I got reward points, fuel surcharge waiver as well as welcom befits 3000 points. Till 2nd statement generation points will get created. Surcharge will be credited only after statement generation. Not instant just like other fuel cards.

Patience ho bhi but if its getting repeated everytime then you would need to tally everytime for 1-2 statements back to calculate if you got the right points. This is a pain point.
