One big news I wanted to share with all of you.
Currently RBL is upgrading LTF Shoprite to LTF World Safari if you got LTF Shoprite from Zomato Edition.

Whoever has it, just call RBL & say that the Reward Rate is very poor with Shoprite & I don't want to continue with it.
Also ask if there is any upgrade offer for World Safari/ICON.
Based on your profile there is 99% probability that you will be offered either one of them. Many people has got it.

Not 100% depends on the CC executive the first CC executive said no offer available so I asked to close as I had outstanding he asked me to clear it and call for closure

When I cleared and called again the new executive was cooperative and gave me ICON as LTF

i can't connect due to heavy traffic from our community 🤣 so to connect to rbl cc try this sequence 229 i have saved this in my rbl contact info cause it was very confusing in 2021 to connect with RBL bank. i hope the sequence hasn't changed

Thanks to you I could avail the upgrade. I spoke to them and they accepted my request to upgrade Shoprite LTF to World Safari LTF !

In the past I had Zomato converted to Shoprite LTF which has been upgraded now 🙂

Thank you, ICON LTF was obtained without difficulty, but I'm not sure if she actually processed my request since she stated that I would receive service number via SMS, which I haven't yet received.

You won't receive anything in SMS or mail even if they say it.
But you will receive a whatsapp message saying that your card is having an annual fee of 0 in few days.
