One big news I wanted to share with all of you.
Currently RBL is upgrading LTF Shoprite to LTF World Safari if you got LTF Shoprite from Zomato Edition.

Whoever has it, just call RBL & say that the Reward Rate is very poor with Shoprite & I don't want to continue with it.
Also ask if there is any upgrade offer for World Safari/ICON.
Based on your profile there is 99% probability that you will be offered either one of them. Many people has got it.

You can also try directly by getting world safari card as joining charges is zero. At the time of annual fee payment you can put closure request and retention team might convert it to LTF

Guys this will only happen if you migrate from Zomato Edition, otherwise it will not happen.

Thanks to this wonderful community members for step by step guidance. I just upgraded from ShopRite to ICON as LTF. On the first call the lady told me no offer is available, i said no problem. Then i called again and the lady straightaway offered ICON as LTF. I confirmed 3-4 times that ICON card will be issued as LTF and recorded the call too.

Called customer care 02262327777 and got the offer for world safari LTF.. Initially they said no offer.. i persisted and was put on long hold.. took more than 30 min !
