RBL Zomato Edition Classic CC is NO LONGER LTF. (₹590 Fees)

Effective 1st April 2022, Zomato has withdrawn the Lifetime Free Promotional Offer on RBL Edition Classic CC. (UPDATE: Lifetime Free Offer is BACK AGAIN)

I got the invite few days back. It was showing LTF till yesterday night. Today it is coming as a Paid CC. Good for those who applied earlier.

It is certainly not worthy as a Paid CC.

UPDATE 2: It is lifetime free again. Enjoy!

Not able to reach a window where it allows me to type, they have auto conversation bot. Tried with "chat with us" option after selecting bunch of "this does not solve my issue" but its showing as they are experiencing too much traffic so not able to chat. Looks like I should move on 🤣
 
Today I have applied for this card after video kyc it’s showing this as my second home is in serviceable area but not updated in Aadhar I am confused it is declined or not?

After bugging the Zomato team for 5-6 days on twitter and customer support, I have finally got the invite for LTF Zomato credit card. But my concern is that I already have an existing RBL credit card. I have come to know from this forum that there are high chances of rejection for customers who already have an existing RBL CC. Should I still apply through the invite?

Zomato Chat support is pathetic. I asked them to Card invite through chat. They asked me to wait for some time, and suddenly after making me wait for 15-20 min, they marked the issue as resolved and closed the chat. Then I mailed the Zomato customer support and got the invite from there. You should contact Zomato through mail rather than chat. BTW what do you think could be the reason behind the rejection of your application?
