Re-KYC sms from SBM, holding their OneCard

I received a SMS recently about Re-KYC from SBM Bank. I don't have any savings account there, just holding OneCard issued by them. Is it really necessary to do it? or even legit?
Anyone with similar experience?

Did the E-KYC but SBM had wait times of SBI somehow -,-

I can relate to that now. It was like I was waiting through lunch time for them. lol

SBM re-kyc taking a lot of time. waiting numbers keeps on changing and increasing too. any solution?
