Reapply for HDFC Swiggy cc

I closed my paid HDFC swiggy card to get core card DCP LTF(in January).
Now I need to get a swiggy card again
1. Cant apply via swiggy app as it still shows I am having swiggy cc and redirects to mycards. Any way to reset the swiggy app (where it shows fyf, ltf etc) so that i can apply again?

2. It is showing ltf in my secondary account. If i change my RMN and apply via that account, will it be rejected since i had a an swiggy earlier?

3. How long does the ltf offer on secondary number last?

If u don't care about cibil enquiry, apply from that secondary mobile number. If rejected, escalate and get approved
