Received an additional card offer from BOB

Today, I received an additional card offer from BOB, it is for BOB Energie card which comes with a joining and annual fee of 499. Ignoring the same for now as I already have SBI BPCL with me which does the job of a fuel card perfectly.

Did the recent changes in points for rent and utility payments not affect snapdeal card? Is it still giving 2.5% on all online spends?

I was thinking about hpcl mainly as it says 1.66% for utility transactions.

as for utility, ive done mobile recharge and electricity bills through amazon with snapdeal card and got 2.5% cb

On a side note , BOB has sent me 250x6=1500 Snapdeal vouchers till now in 3 separate sms for my Snapdeal card. Is this normal ? 😂

its been 3 months, and i never received the vouchers 😕, and the customer support replies useless copy paste messages in tickets.

how to use them? as on snapdeal they don't have any section to add coupon

I only see that HPCL card as pre-approved (already holding Premier LTF). How to get the Snapdeal card easily? If I apply, will they long process again?
