RECEIVED HDFC INFINIA CREDIT CARD

Does anyone know what is the current criteria for getting approved for Infinia cc?

My RM said he applied for the card at the back end and might get approval for the card based on following details:-

- Current card - DCB with 12 lacs limit
- last 6 mo spending on DCB - 7L +
- Savings acc - 17 lacs+ currently (temporary since almost all the amount gets invested as soon as it hits the account)
- Earnings - 1.2 CR annually

In most of the threads i read that the account was imperia banking but mine is normal savings. My RM told me to convert into something called preferred banking, but i wanted to see if there is some criteria regarding the type of the account or something else which would be the reason of disapproval..

Bro, mail them your salary slips.

I have DCBM with standard salary account

Account is not criteria if you satisfy income criteria

You meet the criteria with just your income. Reach out to grievance before you try the RM route.

RM will try to milk you as much as possible

ITR ka kya criteria h?

As per HDFC Bank official website (source here) ....
"Membership for the HDFC Bank Infinia Credit Card is By Invite Only"

As per open sources (inter alia, here and here) ....
Salaried individuals in the private sector - should have a monthly income of ₹5 lakh to get the Infinia card.

Self-employed persons should have an ITR (Income Tax Return) of ₹60 lakh to get the card.

Government employees must have a monthly income of ₹3.5 lakh to qualify for the card.

Hope this helps. 🙂

Update - I had sent an email to Grievance redressal requesting for the upgrade to Infinia.

They have replied saying there is currently no offer on your card, but to review your request as an exception, we need to review your income documents, ITR etc.

I have shared those documents and let’s see whether they upgrade or not..

Hope you will get it. I think if you have required salary as per the criteria, they should be able to do it.
