Redeem IndusInd Debit Card Points in Cash [DETAILED POST]

Hi TFCers,

There is hardly any post or resource available on TFC, YT, Google specifying how to redeem Indusind Debit card points in cash.
Most of these points we usually earn by paying credit card bill of other banks using Indusind Debit Select/Partner Exclusive debit cards.
Indusind portal is confusing and I myself have faced issues navigating the website while trying to redeem these points.

NOTE: No reward redemption fees is charged for points to cash redemption like other banks. Also, maximum of 5K points can be redeemed in one shot. You can repeat multiple redemptions of 5K points in a single day without issue. Its tried and tested.

Step 1: Login to https://indusnet.indusind.com/


Step 2: On RHS click Manage Relationship --> Manage Debit Card --> Redeem Reward Points --> Select Debit Card & Acc No --> Click Reward Point Redemption radio button


Step 3: Select Cashback in Redemption option --> Enter the points you want to redeem(Max 5k points in single transaction)



Step 4: Enter OTP


Step 5: In couple of days you will get Rs. 1750 credited to your bank account


5K points =Rs.1750 (actual cashback!!!)
1 point = Rs. 0.35 (cash redemption)

Most of these points I have accumulated by paying my CC bills only earlier via Mobikwik and later via PayTm.
And yes we can all agree, IndusInd app is shitty but still better than other banks 😀

@codenerd How much points do i get for making CC payment via Indusind DC and would SBI unipay work for this?

SBI Unipay I am still waiting for points. I use Paytm and it works for me. Slab wise points are accrued. Theres a detailed post on TFC about it.

Iam not able to redeem reward points on netbanking it is saying that selected product is not eligible what to do is there any other way?

Did you get points via SBI Unipay? Paytm is asking for 0.5% as convenience fees

2 weeks ago, I paid 40 k cc bill via SBI unipay and received the points in Indusind visa signature card after a couple of days. Check for the points after 3 days in the mobile app. It will credit

There is no convenience fee in SBI unipay.

So, I tried redeeming the points 500 points only in the evening and it got successfully credited instantaneously but after looking good conversion I tried again but it was showing an error. Update: I tried again in the night and was able to redeem all the points by using 5k points at once (No extra charges were deducted for each redeemed loyalty points - I tried redeeming 5 times for 5,000 and got 1750/- for each conversion

App never works ( Android ) , it almost always works via netbanking on laptop/computer.

One time it worked for me on iOS, but after several attempts, but it never worked since then.

I used web, although i checked on my app in the evening but it showed that I don't have any DC - quite weird on their end. Also, I wasn't able to redeem the points to book flight from indusind moments portal hence called support to know that they aren't able to see any points wrt my DC. Their backend is all messed up i suppose.

I don’t think so, the cashback we received is equivalent with the offer conversion going on moments website

Keep trying after certain interval it does gives errors but could work randomly some time

I don't if anybody answered your question for you but for everyone else wondering the same thing and reaching here in the future:

As of writing, there are no redemption charges/fees for Pinnacle CC in any category.

No, you won't be charged any fee to redeem for cash your points. Not sure about the process in indusind moments but redeeming via logging into net banking is definitely better

Are you able to get sms for those transaction?
